Project Description:-
AT&T provides communications services to its customers ( i.e. Data, Managed Services, IP Based Services). When a customer orders a service, this order goes through different AT&T systems: Ordering systems, Provisioning systems and ultimately to the Billing systems.
EFMS is a web-based application that will enable the End-to-End Service Delivery automation, Utilizing exception based processing and task management. Utilizing unique and direct interface to the ordering and provisioning systems, users can know the status of any order in the Service Delivery Process and any fallout conditions, if exist through a single portal. It is AT&T’s backbone in supporting the various business services processes end to end, From sales to billing. Through this application AT&T provides communications services to Its customers.
Responsibilities:-
- Constructed locators using Id, Name, CSS and X-Path.
- Involved in preparation of automation scripts using selenium RC and Web Driver.
- Prepared test cases based on Functional Requirement Specification.
- Automation framework tuning and integration for the specific application.
